Best place to stay in Ship! – Jen Pasternakial
“This is really the only place to even consider staying if you’re in looking to stay in Shippensburg. The location is amazing, doctor located near everything in town which is nice ecause you can walk everywhere. The bar in the hotel isn’t too bad either; howver, Orky’s s right next door – I would walk there. It isn’t the most modern place but it’s Shippensburg what do you expect?”

“Beautiful” – osie–kath – Poconos PA
“Stayed here for one night—very clean and very friendly staff. Restaurant was a little pricey–but food was very good. Very quaint, vcialis 40mg not much to do in walking distance. Very nice that there was a continental breakfast available free. Would definitely stay again if in the area.“
Single King Bed Room
Stayed here for a speaking engagement at the University. Parking is right behind the hotel down a small street. There is a coffee bar in the lobby as well as a full service restaurant. I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was very good. They have daily specials starting around 5:00pm until 10:00pm. I checked out at 4:00am and even at that hour the front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. The bed was comfortable and there is a mini fridge and microwave. Nice, medical clean, viagra and an overall great stay.
“Pleasant, small hotel”
A nice change of pace from chain motels, tadalafil the Shippen Place Hotel is easy to find in an interesting old town. The room was fine and up-to-date and the attached restaurant food was quite good. Service was pleasant and helpful.
Shippen Place Hotel is located in the downtown area of Shippensburg . Shippensburg University is less than 3 minutes away. You will be surprised to find this modern hotel in the old downtown area. It is clean and modern. The front desk staff are very eager to help and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.. My room was on par to any big chain hotel without the price.
The hotel even has a restaurant called the The University Grille which serves geat food. If you just want a light snack the hotel has a cafe.
“What a difference two years can make!”
I stayed here two years ago and my impression was of a mediocre borderline subpar hotel. In two years this hotel has vastly improved; thus the main reasoning for my “Excellent” rating (it also helped that my rate was $77/night for a room equivalent or better than most Hilton, Marriott, etc. brand hotels). It appears that the interior (lobby, rooms, and halls) have been renovated. The lobby is very nice with its leather chairs and sofa; nice chandelier. Attached to the lobby are the new University Grille (with an adjacent bar) and Espresso Bar. Outside eating area when the weather is nice. My room with King size bed was much better than I expected. Extremely comfortable mattress and good climate control system. Nice comfy chair and ottoman to read, relax, or watch TV. Room is equipped with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom, while clean, did not appear to have received a significant upgrade as the rest of the room. Nonetheless, it was fine and functional. Plenty of shower hot water and that’s what matters the most! Upper front facing floors have a decent view of King Street and nearby Shippensburg University. Parking lot in the rear of building with a clear, well lit back entrance. Parking spaces are a little narrow in my opinion. Shippensburg is a nice town with a few decent dining options, including the restaurant onsite. Carlisle and Chambersburg are not too far away either for other options. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.
“Really Cool Hotel”
What a cool hotel in a great town, cialis that is what I would say if I had to sum it up. A few of my co workers have stayed here in the past and I knew nothing about this hotel until this week. The location is good because they are right near good eating places, medications local bars and cool mom and pop stores. The town seems to have a lot of history that is obvious as you drive through the town which is lined with older red brick buildings. the people seem very nice throughout the town and in the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and bar with a nice outside patio where you can enjoy food and drink as well as the inside. The hotel has some age to it, sales however, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. One warning, if you do stay here request non street front room. The traffic starts at 4 am and if any emergency vehicles go down the main street that the hotel is on, it will rock you right out of the bed! As for the price of the hotel, it is right on, great price for a nice room. No pool and off site exercise equipment, however it is a nice town to walk through if you rather than a treadmill.
